“metropolitan node convergence: A between the citizenry and the nature"

Gibraltar Park has a unique character due to its proximity to the Bogotá River, Portal Américas and the future subway station; three urban conditions and geographic areas that make it a multiscalar anchor capable of receive and deliver, constantly, multiple dynamics and movements for activation and restoration Of the territory. We direct our proposal to recognize and enhance civic qualities and ecosystems than site conditions provide to the park, to reactivate it as a meeting integrator node and exchange at metropolitan.
